Cheetos, anyone?

I think I’ve been too stressed for the past few weeks and I think it’s making me crave for salty foods such as Cheetos. Lost my appetite as well, but I don’t get it why I seem to be gaining weight and fats around the tummy and pelvic area. Deyum. Too much school work, thesis and article writing leaves me with no time to exercise. Sa bagay, whenever I plan to jog in the afternoon, the weather would turn against me and it would rain non-stop. If this continues, I might need to enrol myself in personal trainer certification programs just so I could do other forms of exercises aside from jogging.

Another quick blog post since I’m already late for my first class.

Been sick for the past few days and I missed my exam last night since I still wasn’t feeling well. I decided to visit the doctor the other day and she adviced that I submit my stool sample for fecalysis so that we’ll know the reason behind my one week on-off case of diarrhea. She told me there are three possible causes of it: dengue (which I crossed out since I haven’t been experiencing fever naman. Well, except for two Saturdays ago before my diarrhea started), it must be because of something I ate, or that I’m too stressed and my body is reacting that way to fight it off. She also told me to stop taking Loperamide since diarrhea is the body’s defense mechanism against bacteria, and this is also the reason why I asked her to make me a medical certificate for my exam. 

Anyway… I think it must be stress. I read somewhere that the reason why a person craves for salty food is due to stress and for the past few days, I’ve noticed I lost appetite and all i’m craving for are salty foods.

Another quick blog post since I need to study for chem28. Yep. Another all nighter for this sem. After tomorrow’s exam (a Sunday BTW and at 8 in the morning!), i will have another exam on Wednesday (fluid mechanics) and another pending exam for EEE3. Yes. That’s my life. Bow. All those exams, excluding thesis pa and work. Hope I survive this sem in one piece. 

 In other news, everybody’s raving about Pottermore.com and lucky me was able to make the early registration during the last day of finding the Magical Quill. I’ve tried for days actually but unfortunately, i always don’t make it due to the number of people trying to register worldwide. After seven days of trying, this is what I got:

I didn’t receive the email ’til early this week and really… It’s a good news comparable to being approved of a social security disability grant. 

Hip hop clothing and weight

This is gonna be a quick blog post since I am already running late for my first class (as always) and I can’t seem to find any of my old clothes that still fit me. Love handles, huge waistline and humongous thighs are just some of my body issues right now. All the stress that I’m going through because of acads and thesis, is causing me to overeat! It won’t be long ’til i’ll be shopping for hip hop clothing just to cover up the bulging fats from my tummy and lower abdomen. Sheesh.

Teddy Bears and Heartbreaks

I’ve always been afraid of the dark and until now, I cannot sleep with the lights off… Well, partly because my early classes won’t permit me to have a good night’s sleep every night. If i sleep without leaving the lights on, i will surely miss my 7am and 8:30 classes.

 Anyway, I found the perfect way of overcoming my fear of the dark and that is to sleep with my huge teddy bear beside me. His name’s Egoy, but the tag says ‘Mama AngelBeri’. Hehe. I don’t have a picture with me right now, but I’ll post a cute pair of teddy bears.

*TADA*

Anyway, the name ‘Egoy’ was derived from teh ex-boyfie’s *sob* skin tone when he gave me the teddy bear. He bought it from China, during an U-19 Football tournament 2 years ago.
