Wednesday, September 29, 2010Today is the start of my no meat, half rice and after 6 diet plan.
I have been gaining weight again lately due to lack of exercise. I spend most of my time sitting, doing articles and studying while eating sweets. The skinny girl (okay fine. Not skinny, but still thin compared now) I see on the mirror two months ago is now gone and replaced by a girl suffering from love handles and fat hips that bulges all over. If this goes on, i might not fit into any adult halloween costumes (even though we don’t usually celebrate Halloween in the Philippines).
I went jogging this afternoon and finished the acad oval (yes. The freakin’ 2.2km glory of UP’s Academic Oval) in 15minutes without stopping or walking. Yes i know I’m slow, but not bad for someone who stopped exercising months ago. Right?
