Why Unionbank San Pedro Branch Sucks
Thursday, May 20, 2010It’s annoying that I have to wait a week before my eon card will be replaced and if I am given a chance to rate the service of Unionbank in San Pedro, I would give them a negative score.
They moved like snails.
Their office furnitures looked really uncomfortable (hence, their bad moods)
Unfriendly staff.
Rowdy general manager
Since it will take me a week before i could have my new eon card, I decided to withdraw my money over the counter, only to find out that they charge 100php for that.
ME: bakit po may charge pang 100? Hindi kasi naexplain sakin ng maayos.
GUY TELLER: kasi po yung eon card pang atm lang yun. Since mag oover the counter transaction po kayo, may charge na.
ME: mag cha2rge kayo eh ang tagal nga ma replace ng card ko. Hassle na masyado.
GUY TELLER: hindi ko na po problema yun. Kung gusto niyo sa main office na kayo magreklamo.
That effin’ b*stard really hit a nerve. :l Good thing there wasn’t a Comments And Suggestions box there.
