On stomach fat and gaining weight

I’m getting fat — and that’s a fact. Despite being haggard and too much stress with exams and personal problems (if any), I’ve gained weight and the love handles that I’ve already lost last December came back. I don’t have enough time to akshully jog everyday and I can’t skip a meal since I am focusing much on my academics.

And I am trying to lose the extra weight I’ve gained during the holidays, and I don’t know where and how to start. The question that bothers me every night is —- how to reduce stomach fat? I hate seeing all the ‘bilbil’ whenever I bend down or wear fitting clothes; I hate how my ‘balakang’ looks big and the excess fat bulges out; and I hate how everyone calls me fat. I don’t like to be anorexic again. I don’t like the feeling of starving myself for the sake of being a size 6. To sum it all up: I don’t want to be FAT and I want to lose weight FAST.

Stress, stress and more stress

With all the stress I’m trying to deal with right now, I am afraid that I might suffer severe acne any time soon. I am happy, but then when I am TOO happy, I start to think of things that I’m not yet done doing and all the backlogs and lessons that I have to go back to.

Going out and being ‘petix’ is too much of a temptation to resist. My responsibility in the sorority is also something that I should prioritize. The Deltan Month is only a few weeks away and we can already feel the pressure. Anyway, I am looking forward to the activities we have in store for everyone. I’ll post the pubmats here when I get the file.
