Get some scars
Socially Insecure…
Wednesday, September 23, 2009Acne is a common skin condition occurring during the puberty stage, affecting 89% of teenagers and frequently continues into adulthood. This could be blamed to the increase in male sex hormones, which both genders accrue during puberty. For most people, acne diminishes over a period of time, usually on their early twenties and some carry it out all throughout their adulthood. There is no way to predict how long it will take to disappear entirely.
Aside from scarring, other effects of acne may be psychological such as reduced self-esteem, depression, or sometimes suicide. Acne usually appears during adolescence, when people tend to be judgmental and socially insecure.
Acne treatments are already available.
