On Comfort Food

I ought to stop relying on food for comfort. I was pigging out the whole week without even pushing myself to get up on my feet and do some exercise. I’ve been eating sweets and delightfully calorie-rich food; ice cream’s on my daily diet; and I’ve been craving for salty chips and isaw.

As I write this blog, I am munching on French fries from Mcdo, while drinking Coke Float. Potato chip’s next on the list.

I’m bulging up on all places and my pants are getting tight.

I’LL JOG TOMORROW. PROMISE!

Mishandled Love Handles

I can’t give weight loss pills reviews since I haven’t tried any yet. I was almost tempted to rely on diet pills to quickly lose weight but at a hefty price of more or less 40php per pill, I’ve decided to stick on starving myself and exercising to death.

Yep. Starving myself to death — I’ve been skipping meals and eating a spoonful or two of rice if ever I decide to eat. It’s not bad, really and I’m already getting used to eating small amounts. I’ve lost weight and I’m exercising to tone my flabs.

People noticed I’m losing weight; most of my clothes don’t fit me, and I can already wear fitting shirts since my love handles don’t wobble anymore when I walk. ROFL.
