Why do we need to take nutritional health supplements everyday?

I take vitamin E and omega everyday. It’s good for the skin and for the brain. Since the A H1N1 virus is already here in the Philippines, we ought to watch out for our health and build our resistance.

Since we are busy with our everyday lives — work, school and other extracurricular activities — we rely mostly on fast foods which don’t provide the daily nutrition our body needs.

With the right nutritional supplements, it would boost our immune system making us resistant to flu.

on losing weight

It has been weeks since I realized I gained 15lbs. I promised myself that I would start shedding those pounds by exercise and right diet. But alas! I haven’t lost a pound since I swore that I would lose weight. At first I thought I was winning this battle by controlling my food intake and drinking slimming tea regularly. What I got was diarrhea and I starved myself to death.

I lost unwanted fats around the waist but regained them after 2 weeks. Vacation has started and I also started on eating greasy burgers and pizzas. Can you blame me? Being depressed wasn’t much of help by the way. Instead of losing appetite, I turned to food for comfort.

Maybe I should try those weight loss pills that get advertised in the TV. They claim that they can help a person lose weight in less than a week. Now that’s interesting.
