Jog and jog

I promised myself that I would start jogging as soon as my summer classes start.

It’s been 2 weeks since classes started and I still haven’t put on my rubber shoes and jog around the acad oval. I gained 3 pounds over the short summer vacation. Most of my clothes don’t fit me now. I am often greeted with, “Bern! You’re getting fatter you know. I think you ought to lose some weight”.

A friend of mine told me that 4 hours in a treadmill will produce visible results right away. It sounds kind of tempting, but 4 HOURS??! Facing the wall while running in the treadmill isn’t appealing either.

Yep. I gotta’ get those running shoes out and start working out ASAP. Need to enjoy lots of free time ‘til regular sem starts anyway.

Waiting in vain

I have every right to be happy. Was it really necessary to take that away from me??! Minsan lang ako naging masaya hindi pa ako pinagbigyan. Selfish bitch.

He’s the reason for who I am right now. Strong, independent, and much, much wiser BERENICE than from before.

Matigas ako??! Oo. I learned from my past experiences that a weakling wouldn’t survive the harsh, cruel world we are living in. Survival of the fittest dude. It’s stupid to allow yourself get constantly hurt by a person who you don’t even deserve.

I WISH THINGS ENDED DIFFERENTLY. I wish I could tell my story and end it with a ‘and they live happily ever after’. Kaso hindi eh.
