HATING PMS:
- Craving for foods that make me fat
- MOOD SWINGS (one minute I’m happy, the next cranky)
- Emotionally sensitive (I cry easily over small things)
- I tend to eat a lot (I sometimes feel unsatisfied no matter how much I already ate)
- the feeling of BLOATEDNESS (it comes along with eating a lot)
- Feeling sluggish and uncreative the whole day
- back pains

LOVING PMS:
- Having the reason to bitch around
- I have the excuse to pig out and eat all I want
- I can cry over the simplest things
- I can excuse myself from strenuous activities like jogging and exercise
