Hating and Loving PMS

HATING PMS:

 

  1. Craving for foods that make me fat
  2. MOOD SWINGS (one minute I’m happy, the next cranky)
  3. Emotionally sensitive (I cry easily over small things)
  4. I tend to eat a lot (I sometimes feel unsatisfied no matter how much I already ate)
  5. the feeling of BLOATEDNESS (it comes along with eating a lot)
  6. Feeling sluggish and uncreative the whole day
  7. back pains
  8. I tend to eat a lot.
  9. I tend to eat a lot.
  10. I tend to eat a lot.

 

LOVING PMS:

 

  1. Having the reason to bitch around
  2. I have the excuse to pig out and eat all I want
  3. I can cry over the simplest things
  4. I can excuse myself from strenuous activities like jogging and exercise
  5. I can pig out
  6. I can pig out
  7. I can pig out
